Overview
ZENOR-Æ is the assistant every insiderOne member talks to. It answers from what a person has actually done, proved and applied for, not from general advice.
Capability
What it does
Before it answers, ZENOR-Æ gathers what matters to the question: the person's own history on insiderOne, what it has come to know about them over time, insiderOne's own content and, when a question calls for it, live information such as current openings.
It is built on a foundation model and grounded in insiderOne's own data, and each question is handled by the specialist best suited to it, whether that is a career strategy or a negotiation.
ZENOR-Æ remembers. What a person does is distilled into lasting memory, so a conversation next month can start where this one ended. Memories that keep proving useful grow stronger and the rest fade, while who a person is and what they are aiming for are kept.
Safeguards
Everything ZENOR-Æ reads on a person's behalf, from their documents to live results, is treated as information and never as instruction, so text inside a document cannot redirect it.
Why it is hard
General advice is easy to produce. Advice that is specific to one person, true to their record and current about the market has to be assembled afresh for every question, quickly, without letting anything it reads take control of it.
