Overview

A CV asks an employer to take every line on trust. iOPC turns a person's record into one professional credibility score that an employer can read at a glance, and it rests on evidence rather than self-description.

It is repairable and explainable: the person sees which band they are in, from Emerging to Elite, why, and the next step that would raise it. It travels with their applications and their Career ID, and it moves only when their evidence does.

Why it is hard

The hard part is honesty at both ends: a score that cannot be talked up, and that is still fair to someone early in their career who has had little chance to prove anything yet.
