Overview

An employer describes the role in a sentence. SCOUT searches every day, reaches out within the limits the employer sets, screens who is interested and reports each morning.

SCOUT runs in the insiderOne employer app, in early access.

Why it is hard

The hard part is judgement at volume: telling a real fit from a matching keyword, and reaching out often enough to fill a role without ever going beyond what the employer allowed.
